I bought this Swissgear carry-on mostly because I was tired of stressing over whether my bag would pass at the airport. I didn’t really expect much, but it slid into the airline size checker without a fight, even when I had it packed full.

It rolled smoothly enough and didn’t feel like I was dragging some giant suitcase down the aisle. Getting it into the overhead bin was also fine, which was the main thing I cared about.
I’ll admit, I’m a little surprised I’m this satisfied with it. For the price, it does what it says: simple, sturdy, and actually carry-on compliant.

I got this backpack mainly for work, and the size feels true to what was listed. My 15-inch laptop fits in the laptop pocket without any fuss, and there’s still enough space for my lunch, chargers, and a few cables. The front pocket does feel a little tight, and I wish it had a bit more room, but the overall feel is practical and dependable. Nothing fancy, just a solid everyday work bag.

The box looked good overall, just had one small dent on it. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. I didn’t have the energy to deal with customer service over something that minor.

I tried the promo code and wasn’t totally sure it would go through, but it did without any issues. It took a few dollars off my order, and checkout was straightforward, which was reassuring.

I was really happy with the color, it matched the photos almost exactly. I’ve ordered similar items before where the shade looked totally different in person, so this was a nice surprise

I’ve bought from them before and they seem legit! The bags have held up well enough for me so far, so I’d say they’re a brand I feel good about buying from again :)

The design is definitely nice, and I liked the overall look of it. But after using it for a while, some parts felt clunky and not very intuitive. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to figure out small things that should’ve been easier made the experience a bit frustrating

Got the bag with my initials on it. it came out nicer than I expected. Clean, simple, not too much. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Just a small personal touch, but it makes the bag feel more mine. Happy with it.

But overall, I found what I needed without too much hassle

They did get back to me fast and the problem was fixed, so I appreciate that. But I felt a little misled at first because the situation wasn’t what I expected based on what I was told. In the end it worked out, just wish it had been clearer from the start.

The only downside is that after a few months, the zipper started catching, which has been kind of frustrating, especially when I’m in a hurry. It’s not a terrible bag by any means, but for the price, I expected it to last a little better. Shipping was fine and there were no issues there.
